Welcome Sabina Bremer
We warmly welcome Sabina Bremer as new PhD student in the group.
Sabina Bremer holds a BSc and MSc in Mathematics from ETH Zurich. The focus of her master’s thesis was to analyze wave propagation in metamaterials. This work relied extensively on partial differential equations and related theories.
As a member of the FORM group, Sabina will aim to overcome shortcomings in current risk calculations for forest models by adapting mathematical theories to be applied in this context.
